I understandthe process.I automate it.

/ 001 — who

Francisco Javier Moreno Coronado. Chilean based in Mexico. Acting HR Director, payroll lead, senior auditor, and operations designer turned AI architect. I take processes apart down to the bone and return them as mechanisms that work on their own.

/ 002 — next step

/ 003 — manifesto

I don't sell AI.I sell the painresolved, the hours returned, the report you no longer have to write.

the thesis

Ten years inside operations taught me one thing: no system fails because of the technology. It fails because no one ever sat down to understand the real process — the human one, not the one in the manual.

the method

I sit down. I listen. I map every step, every exception, every “well, here we always do it this way”. And then I return a mechanism that doesn't get tired, doesn't quit, and doesn't call in sick on a Monday.

/ 004 — what I build

Capabilities, not categories.

  • / 01

    Conversational agents

(chatbots, but they're not called that anymore)

  • / 02

    Living spreadsheets

    (Excel and Sheets that think)

  • / 03

    Custom ERPs

(built to the exact shape of your operation)

  • / 04

    Custom SaaS

(your own product, not someone else's license)

(chatbots, but they're not called that anymore)

Conversational agents.

They used to be chatbots with decision trees no one wanted to use. Today they're agents that understand context, take actions, and live inside WhatsApp, inside your CRM, inside your intranet. They collect, schedule, attend, escalate.

  • 24/7 customer support in your brand's tone of voice
  • Onboarding and internal support for your team
  • HR agents that answer payroll, time-off and policy questions
  • Collections, sales and lead qualification with a human voice

/ 005 — how I work

Four phases.
No surprises, no creative invoices.

/ 01

Surgical diagnosis

I take the process apart.

One week inside your operation. I talk to the people who do the work, not the ones who order it. I map every step, every check, every workaround. I leave with a diagram your team recognizes — and the exact points where time is being lost.

duration

5–7 days

/ 02

Architecture

I design the mechanism.

I decide what gets automated, what gets assisted, what stays human. I define integrations, dependencies, fallbacks and success metrics. You get a blueprint you can read — no jargon — and a 2-week pilot to validate before we build.

duration

5–10 days

/ 03

Construction

I build it in production.

Weekly sprints with live demos. You watch the system grow — you don't receive a black box at the end. Real integrations with your tools, real data, real decisions. Living documentation, in plain language.

duration

4–10 weeks

/ 04

Ongoing support

I hand it over — and stay close for as long as you need.

Handoff with your team, observability set up, runbooks ready for when something moves. The mechanism is delivered ready to run on its own — but follow-up, monitoring and accompaniment stay available for as long as you need them, whether to refine what was built, scale to new processes, or be there when the business shifts.

/ the case that isn't here

Your process isn't on this page yet.

I'm not limited to these cases. Bring whatever you've got: the report no one wants to write, the reconciliation that doesn't add up, the form that always arrives late, the question your team answers 300 times a month. We talk about it in 30 minutes. If it makes sense, we start. If it doesn't, I'll tell you.

30 minutes can change your operation forever — and give you back millions in time you've been losing for years without realizing it.

/ 007 — about me

I don't come fromsoftware.I come from operations.

More than ten years running processes from the inside: payrolls with hundreds of people, audits that have to balance, HR teams operating under real pressure, monthly closes that don't forgive. I know the pain from inside, because I lived it before I could automate it.

That's the unfair advantage I bring: when your team explains the process to me, they don't have to translate it. I've been there. I know where to aim, which exception always shows up late, which step no one documents because “everyone knows it” — and that's exactly why it doesn't work.

/ 008 — honest questions

Before the call.

These are the questions I hear in every conversation. I'm answering them here so when we talk, we can skip to what actually matters: your process.

  • Not a coder with prompts and not a consultant selling dashboards. Someone who understands your business process from the inside and decides what gets automated with AI, what with traditional software, what stays human, and how the three fit together. I come from HR, payroll and audit — I design the system, not just the model.
/ 009 — next step

Tell me theprocess that hurtsthe most.

A 30-minute call. You tell me what hurts. I tell you, without selling you anything, whether it makes sense to automate it, how big the problem really is, and how long it would reasonably take. If it doesn't apply, I tell you straight.

Thirty minutes can save you millions in hours you've been paying for years without realizing it. It's probably the most profitable conversation you'll have this quarter.
