FM / PRIVACY AND TRUST

Your data deserves judgment.

This policy explains what information franciscomoreno.ai may process, why it is used and how you can remain in control.

1. Data controller

Francisco Javier Moreno Coronado is responsible for the processing described in this policy for franciscomoreno.ai and its professional brand tools.

2. Information that may be processed

  • Information you share when contacting us by email, LinkedIn or Telegram, such as your name, contact details and message.
  • Technical and usage information, such as pages viewed, device, approximate country and interaction events, when measurement tools are enabled.
  • If you authorize the LinkedIn integration: member identifier, permissions granted, approved drafts, scheduling details and publication references.

3. Purposes

Information is used to answer enquiries, deliver requested resources, improve the site, prepare approved content and, only with explicit authorization, schedule or publish to a connected account.

4. Service providers

Operations may rely on providers such as Vercel for hosting and analytics, Modal for secure execution, Telegram for the instruction interface, MiniMax for draft generation and LinkedIn for authorized authentication and publishing. Each provider processes information under its own terms and policies.

5. Retention and security

Integration credentials are stored as encrypted secrets and are never embedded in public code. Drafts and operational records are retained while needed to provide the service or until you request deletion. No system is infallible; reasonable access and data minimization controls are applied.

6. Decisions and publishing

AI helps prepare proposals. A person reviews and approves content before publishing. Personal data is not sold, and received information is not used for automated decisions with legal effects on an individual.

7. Your choices

You may request access, correction or deletion of applicable information, withdraw authorization and disconnect LinkedIn from your account settings. Email francisco.morc@aethon.mx with your request.

8. Changes

This policy may be updated when the tools or service scope change. The date shown on this page identifies the current version.
